Positive: we went to chiang mai city but me and my girlfriend both got fed up of the business of it. i found lazy mango and seemed like a good price for our stay so i booked it and i can honestly say best decision i done to get away from everything and relax. it was perfect for us. my girlfriend loved every minute so we stayed an extra night from our booking, feeding the elephants on a morning and seeing all the other animals that have been rescued was really nice to see. thank you to Che and her family & all staff for being so welcoming and kind alongside making our chill time perfect. We will definitely be coming back one day:)

Positive: Exceptional experience staying with the White Karen people at Lazy Mango Homestay. The entire experience was magical, from the friendly reception of packs of dogs and cats to the daily visits from the mahouts and their elephant pals! You can feel here that care and love for animals are pure and without any ill will. Cha and the entire team made our stay amazing! The included dinner and breakfast was delicious and our room was clean and neat.

Negative: One night is not enough, I'd definitely recommend staying for a few nights as there is lots to do with the people of this area.

Positive: Beautiful resort, and very friendly staff. To our surprise in the evening we were also served a delicious dinner. Definitely worth staying if you are in the area. Elephants are well taken care of, and the wake up call with them was amazing.
